Schedule
• Full-time, remote (U.S. only)
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
• Requires secure home office setup, reliable internet, and comfort with a high-volume workflow
• Outbound-only phone work; incoming calls routed to a shared inbox

Responsibilities
• Perform denial research and follow up with payers via phone
• Compile and submit appeal bundles within required timelines
• Identify and document appeal timeframes and payer processes
• Transcribe information from EMRs and payer portals into internal systems
• Monitor shared inboxes and dashboards; complete assigned tasks daily
• Receive and document emails, calls, tickets, and voicemails
• Request additional information from clients or internal teams when needed
• Export, upload, and organize documents in CorroHealth systems
• Support other teams through cross-training
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA/HITECH and confidentiality standards

Requirements
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred
• Strong phone communication skills
• Understanding of denials processes for Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial plans
• Experience with hospital EMRs and payer portals preferred
• Intermediate Outlook and Excel skills (basic formulas, meeting scheduling, organizing emails)
• Ability to type 25 WPM with 90 percent accuracy
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and committed to accuracy
