We deliver expert hormonal, metabolic, and reproductive care through multidisciplinary care teams specializing in conditions like PCOS, insulin resistance, and perimenopause. Our mission is to close long-standing gaps in women’s healthcare with accessible, ongoing patient support.

Schedule
• Fully remote within the U.S.
• 30 hours per week
• Quiet, private workspace with reliable internet required

Responsibilities
• Engage and re-engage patients through inbound and outbound communication across phone, SMS, email, and live video
• Support patients in reconnecting with their care team and help remove barriers to continued care
• Provide empathetic, patient-centered support across all channels
• Assist with scheduling, telehealth services, and questions about care plans
• Maintain accurate patient information between providers, patients, and internal teams
• Follow Allara’s clinical and operational workflows to ensure seamless care navigation

Requirements
• 1+ years of patient coordination, care navigation, or care management experience
• Strong communication skills and the ability to navigate complex conversations with care
• Creative problem-solving with attention to detail
• Ability to multitask across systems and maintain accuracy with sensitive data
• Confident working independently in a fast-paced remote environment

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in telehealth, digital health, or virtual care
• Medical reception experience and familiarity with EHR systems
