Schedule
• Fully remote, U.S. only
• Must be available Monday–Friday, 10am–6pm MST
• High-volume contact center environment supporting incoming customer needs
What You’ll Do
• Assist potential customers with navigating health insurance options and obtaining accurate quotes.
• Support existing customers by answering administrative and billing questions with clarity and care.
• Communicate across phone, chat, and email while documenting interactions in support ticketing tools.
• Troubleshoot issues, propose process improvements, and contribute to a positive customer experience.
What You Need
• 1–2 years of customer service or sales experience
• Ability to multitask and stay productive in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort working with support ticketing and CRM tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Passion for helping people—especially when it comes to their health
• Genuine interest in supporting small businesses and their employees
