What You’ll Do
• Build and strengthen long-term relationships with major strategic partners, serving as their primary point of contact.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans that drive partner growth and shared business outcomes.
• Identify new opportunities, conduct structured business reviews, and support revenue expansion within existing accounts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver custom, high-quality solutions from onboarding through post-launch.
• Track account performance, monitor KPIs, and report insights to senior leadership.
• Coordinate co-marketing initiatives to reach small and mid-sized business audiences and support revenue goals.
What You Need
• 5+ years of experience in account management or partner management
• Experience in early-stage startups or insurtech strongly preferred
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex topics
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills
• Ability to work across time zones and build trust with diverse internal and external stakeholders
Benefits
• Base salary: $90,000–$130,000 (market-based)
