What You’ll Do
⦁ Analyze sales and relationship management performance data to uncover trends, gaps, and opportunities
⦁ Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Excel and Salesforce
⦁ Collaborate with teams to define KPIs and measure progress toward goals
⦁ Provide insights to improve pipeline management, forecasting, and territory planning
⦁ Monitor conversion rates, win/loss ratios, sales cycle metrics, and other key indicators
⦁ Assist with quota setting, territory alignment, and incentive modeling
⦁ Handle ad-hoc analysis requests and communicate clear, actionable findings
⦁ Ensure CRM and reporting data is accurate, clean, and consistent

What You Need
⦁ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, or related field
⦁ 5–6 years of experience in a data analytics role (preferably Sales/Revenue Operations)
⦁ Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, formulas, data visualization)
⦁ Salesforce experience (reports, dashboards, data extraction)
⦁ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
⦁ Clear communication skills and the ability to translate data into insights

Preferred
⦁ Experience with SQL, Python, or R
⦁ Experience with PowerBI
⦁ Familiarity with additional CRM tools (HubSpot, Clari, etc.)
