What You’ll Do
⦁ Lead end-to-end product commercialization and launch strategies for the Network product line
⦁ Design and operationalize early-access and beta programs to validate product readiness
⦁ Align Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success around launch messaging, readiness, and execution
⦁ Gather and translate customer insights into actionable product and go-to-market decisions
⦁ Partner with Product Marketing to build positioning, value props, and enablement content
⦁ Define, track, and report KPIs around launch success, adoption, and customer impact
⦁ Standardize processes, tools, and templates that help product teams scale effectively
⦁ Maintain executive-level visibility through clear communication and reporting
What You Need
⦁ Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
⦁ 7+ years in product operations, product management, or go-to-market roles (enterprise SaaS or payments ideal)
⦁ Strong experience leading product launches from concept to adoption
⦁ Proven ability to run structured beta programs and early-adopter cycles
⦁ Excellent communication skills and stakeholder-management instincts
⦁ Strong analytical skills with comfort defining KPIs and interpreting data
⦁ Thrives in high-growth, fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
