Schedule

Seasonal full-time remote position
Pay: $16 per hour
Bilingual Spanish/English required
Must live in one of the following states: AL, AR, FL, GA, ID, IA, KS, LA, MD, MI, MS, MO, NE, NJ, NC, OK, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV
Requires a private home workspace and wired internet (minimum 10 Mbps down / 3 Mbps up)

What You’ll Do

Assist customers with service concerns in both Spanish and English
Document call details for auditing and compliance
Update customer records as needed
Upsell eligible customers on enhanced services

What You Need

High school diploma or GED
Fluent in Spanish and English
Customer service experience preferred
Strong computer navigation skills
Comfort with Microsoft Office
Excellent communication, listening, and writing skills
Professional, patient, and customer-focused
