Schedule
Full-time remote role within the United States
Approximately 25 percent travel for client meetings, conferences, and internal events
Must live in one of the following states: AL, AR, FL, GA, ID, IA, KS, LA, MS, MO, NE, NJ, NC, OK, TN, TX, UT, WV
What You’ll Do
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities
Build and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers
Present Alorica’s Healthcare CX and digital transformation solutions to align with client goals
Create strategic account plans and sales proposals
Collaborate with Solutions, Marketing, Operations, and Pricing teams to deliver tailored offerings
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution
Stay informed on CX, Healthcare, and technology trends
What You Need
MBA required
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
At least 2 years of B2B sales experience (SaaS, CX, Healthcare, or tech consulting preferred)
Documented success meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong executive presence and communication skills
Ability to build trust with senior leaders and key stakeholders
Highly self-motivated, organized, and effective in a remote environment
Willingness to travel up to 25 percent
