Schedule
- Remote role based in MX or LATAM
- 20–40 hours per week
- Collaboration across marketing, operations, and customer support teams
What You’ll Do
- Manage website operations and ensure a smooth digital shopping experience
- Respond to customer inquiries and help guide product selections
- Optimize product listings with accurate descriptions, visuals, and specifications
- Build partnerships with creators, influencers, and aligned businesses
- Collaborate on layout concepts, promotional campaigns, and brand initiatives
- Set pricing based on trends and sales strategy
- Monitor inventory, coordinate with suppliers, and oversee delivery timelines
- Develop PPC campaigns and drive social media engagement
- Complete additional tasks as needed
What You Need
- 1+ year of experience in e-commerce, website maintenance, or related fields
- Strong background in product, content, and inventory management
- Understanding of SEO best practices
- Proficiency with Shopify, Amazon, and eBay
- Excellent English communication skills (B2 or higher)
- Strong copywriting and editing abilities
- Experience with Google Analytics and reporting
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Knowledge of CSS media queries
