- Cross-functional collaboration with Product Marketing, Business Development, Sales, and partner teams
Responsibilities
- Develop and own the partner go-to-market strategy for joint solutions and integrations
- Build compelling partner-focused messaging that communicates both partner value and customer impact
- Create and deliver enablement materials including playbooks, pitch decks, solution briefs, competitive cards, and training
- Lead joint marketing campaigns in collaboration with internal teams to drive enrollment and growth
- Serve as the primary marketing contact for top-tier partners, developing annual joint plans
- Track and report KPIs that demonstrate the impact of partner marketing on pipeline and revenue
- Support the commercial payer narrative and expand the “better together” value story
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Three to five years of B2B marketing experience, with focus on product, channel, or partner marketing
- Proven experience building and executing partner marketing programs with technology or channel partners
- Strong ability to craft narratives for both technical and executive audiences
- Experience managing complex cross-functional projects from concept to completion
Preferred Qualifications
- Healthcare experience, especially commercial health plans
- Experience with RFP content and management
- Strong record creating sales and partner enablement content
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Asana
