  • Cross-functional collaboration with Product Marketing, Business Development, Sales, and partner teams

Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the partner go-to-market strategy for joint solutions and integrations
  • Build compelling partner-focused messaging that communicates both partner value and customer impact
  • Create and deliver enablement materials including playbooks, pitch decks, solution briefs, competitive cards, and training
  • Lead joint marketing campaigns in collaboration with internal teams to drive enrollment and growth
  • Serve as the primary marketing contact for top-tier partners, developing annual joint plans
  • Track and report KPIs that demonstrate the impact of partner marketing on pipeline and revenue
  • Support the commercial payer narrative and expand the “better together” value story

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Three to five years of B2B marketing experience, with focus on product, channel, or partner marketing
  • Proven experience building and executing partner marketing programs with technology or channel partners
  • Strong ability to craft narratives for both technical and executive audiences
  • Experience managing complex cross-functional projects from concept to completion

Preferred Qualifications

  • Healthcare experience, especially commercial health plans
  • Experience with RFP content and management
  • Strong record creating sales and partner enablement content
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Asana
