- Cross-functional work with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Director of Product Marketing to refine messaging, positioning, and product value narratives
- Create and maintain essential sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, battle cards, datasheets, case studies, and demo scripts
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to track industry trends, customer needs, and the evolving landscape
- Produce marketing assets that drive awareness and demand, such as blog posts, webinars, and customer stories
- Support B2B growth initiatives with a focus on the Medicaid market
- Collaborate closely with demand generation, events, product, and sales teams
- Translate complex product features into clear, compelling value propositions
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- One to three years of experience in marketing, preferably product or content marketing within digital health, SaaS, or tech
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to simplify complex ideas
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines
- Collaborative mindset and comfort working with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience marketing to Medicaid health plans
- Background creating sales enablement materials
- Familiarity with RFP management and content creation
- Understanding of market research and competitive analysis
- Experience with tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Asana
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to execute independently
