- Cross-functional collaboration with growth, marketing, clinical, and operations teams
Responsibilities
- Source, track, and manage a multi-segment pipeline of health plan and employer partnership opportunities
- Research prospective partners, health plan strategies, and state-level policy changes impacting maternal and infant health
- Analyze pipeline data, building operational processes that accelerate conversion and strengthen forecasting
- Prepare pitch decks, proposals, and supporting materials for strategic partner engagements
- Collaborate with marketing on outreach campaigns, conference strategy, and prospective customer presentations
- Advocate for customer and prospect needs internally, informing strategic initiatives such as new market verticals, customer acquisition segments, and emerging growth opportunities
Requirements
- Three to five years of experience in a client-facing or analytical role, preferably in management consulting
- Two or more years of experience in healthcare or healthcare-adjacent work
- Strong problem-solving skills with experience managing cross-functional projects and competing priorities
- High adaptability and comfort researching new domains using data and available resources
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to turn insights into actionable growth strategies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear messaging
- Thrives in fast-paced, metric-driven environments
