About Pomelo Care
Pomelo Care is a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, engineers, and problem-solvers dedicated to improving outcomes across women’s health. Using a technology-driven care platform, Pomelo delivers evidence-based, virtual support across the full continuum:
- Pregnancy and postpartum: Risk assessments, coordinated care, and support through pregnancy, NICU stays, and the first postpartum year.
- Perimenopause and menopause: Personalized symptom management, long-term health planning, and compassionate guidance for women in midlife.
