  • 100 percent remote
  • Verified bilingual (Spanish–English) required
  • Must reside in one of the following states: AL, AR, FL, GA, ID, IA, KS, MD, MI, MO, NE, NC, OK, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV
  • Company equipment provided
  • Requires a private home workspace

What You’ll Do

  • Assist customers with healthcare-related questions, concerns, and product or service issues
  • Document call details for auditing and reporting
  • Update and maintain customer account information
  • Deliver courteous, accurate support in both English and Spanish
  • Recommend upgraded or additional services when appropriate
  • Use phone and computer systems throughout your shift

What You Need

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Verified bilingual Spanish–English proficiency
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Strong computer navigation skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong listening and comprehension skills
  • Wired broadband internet (minimum 10 Mbps down, 3 Mbps up; no wireless, satellite, or dial-up)
  • Must work from the residence listed in company records
