Responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison between hospital clients and Knowtion Health
- Maintain strong communication with internal teams and client leadership
- Review medical records to identify potential liability and determine third-party billing responsibility
- Verify, process, and fulfill attorney requests
- Perform daily billing tasks in the client system with accurate notation and follow-through
- Respond to emails and correspondence promptly
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Healthcare claims or insurance experience (Medicare preferred)
- EPIC experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong communication, multitasking, and computer skills
