What You’ll Do
- Respond to complex client inquiries involving account issues, process breakdowns, and escalations
- Analyze inquiries to identify root causes, trends, and actionable insights
- Partner with internal teams across all levels of management to gather information and resolve issues
- Communicate findings through clear written and verbal explanations
- Review weekly trending reports and provide data-driven recommendations
- Use client systems, payer portals, and Conifer’s PFS tools to research and resolve cases
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Healthcare (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum three years of experience in client relations, healthcare service, or similar role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify drivers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to mediate, troubleshoot, and manage high-volume work with accuracy
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong understanding of hospital revenue cycle services
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Benefits
- Pay: $17.20–$25.70 per hour (based on experience, location, and qualifications)
- Eligible for signing bonus (role dependent)
