What You’ll Do
- Maintain deep, up-to-date expertise in assigned systems, applications, reporting tools, and enhancements
- Review technology updates (ISBs), determine impacts, and develop updated procedures and training materials
- Work with process leaders to clarify system workflows and provide needed documentation
- Coordinate with peers to eliminate redundancies and ensure smooth integration between technologies
- Develop test plans, support Software Transfer Implementations, and meet deadlines for system changes
- Collaborate with IS teams to ensure accurate front-end system setup and knowledge transfer
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field—or equivalent experience
- 2–6 years of experience in Healthcare Administration or Business Office operations
- Strong grammar, writing, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage projects and work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Understanding of workflows and technology needs within Patient Financial Services
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and communicate across all levels of management
- Lean or Six Sigma certification is a plus

- Pay: $21.70–$34.70 per hour (based on experience, location, and qualifications)
