What You’ll Do
- Direct Revenue Integrity teams responsible for CDM integrity, charge practices, and enterprise-wide revenue initiatives
- Lead strategy, planning, and performance monitoring for large integrated health systems
- Oversee the design and execution of revenue management processes, corrective measures, and compliance monitoring
- Serve as primary advisor to senior client and Conifer executives on regulatory requirements and revenue optimization
- Guide the integration of new facilities, system conversions, acquisitions, mergers, and new service lines
- Provide leadership support for regulatory reviews, legal assessments, and industry compliance updates
- Coach and mentor managers, supervisors, analysts, and charge review specialists
- Maintain understanding of accounting and general ledger impact related to revenue cycle metrics
- Ensure department activities align with annual budget goals
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree or seven-plus years equivalent senior experience
- Minimum five years of healthcare revenue cycle experience
- Extensive experience as a Revenue Integrity Manager
- Deep knowledge of healthcare regulations, billing, coding, and reimbursement systems
- Strong skill in presenting to executives and leading large teams
- Proven ability to manage multiple enterprise-level initiatives
- Advanced understanding of internal/external drivers impacting revenue cycle operations
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access)
- Preferred: clinical or professional certifications (LVN, RN, RT, MT, RPH, CPC-H, CCS)

- Annual salary range: $104,624–$156,957 (based on location and experience)
