Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned clients, including onboarding and ongoing account management
- Develop and execute strategic health engagement and marketing campaigns for Hospital and Health System clients
- Advise clients on audience targeting, messaging, ROI optimization, and multi-channel strategy
- Lead campaign planning and delivery across IVR, print, SMS, email, and social channels
- Conduct regular meetings with client and internal teams to track progress and identify opportunities
- Ensure product adoption by becoming a product super-user and training clients on tools and platforms
- Track performance metrics including ROI, NPS, SLAs, and engagement outcomes
- Maintain and manage client tools including Gainsight, Salesforce, Confluence, and Jira
- Advocate for customers by partnering with Product, Marketing, and Service Delivery to improve offerings
- Manage billing accuracy, reference participation, and PR opportunity coordination
- Maintain thorough documentation and follow-up procedures to ensure issue resolution
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3 or more years of direct account management experience with full relationship ownership
- Background in healthcare, health systems, insurance, or regulated industries (Compliance, Risk, Governance preferred)
- Experience running multi-channel marketing or engagement campaigns
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and client management systems (Gainsight, Salesforce, Confluence, Jira)
- Strong presentation, writing, and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and timelines
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and navigating fast-paced environments
- Ability to operate as a strategic advisor and trusted partner
- Self-directed, adaptable, and solutions-focused
