  • Full-time, remote

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the main point of contact for patients and providers, offering compassionate, high-quality support
  • Advocate for patients and enhance the caller experience with clarity and empathy
  • Coordinate access to therapies, conduct follow-up, and connect patients to support programs
  • Manage a case load within program requirements
  • Collect, validate, and review patient information per program SOPs
  • Assist providers and patients with completing and submitting enrollment and assistance applications
  • Determine eligibility and manage enrollment for patient assistance and copay programs
  • Conduct benefit investigations, prior authorizations, appeals, and related reimbursement tasks
  • Provide accurate reimbursement guidance to patients and providers
  • Maintain regular phone communication with patients, provider offices, payers, and pharmacies
  • Document all interactions in compliance with HIPAA standards
  • Identify trends, escalate issues, and collaborate across internal teams
  • Apply judgment within established procedures to resolve moderate-complexity cases
  • Follow all SOPs and report Adverse Events as required
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

What You Need

  • 3+ years of experience in specialty pharmacy, reimbursement hubs, medical insurance, provider offices, or related healthcare environments
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities
  • Strong keyboarding and Microsoft Word/Excel skills
  • In-depth understanding of HIPAA
  • Knowledge of medical and pharmacy benefits, with familiarity across commercial and government payers
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
