Responsibilities
Onboarding & Offboarding
- Own the full onboarding process from systems setup to equipment logistics
- Coordinate welcome communications, first-week schedules, and training prep
- Manage compliant, supportive offboarding and secure access transitions
Compliance & Systems
- Maintain compliance with federal and state employment regulations
- Oversee documentation, I-9 verification, and audit-ready processes
- Manage HR platforms and ensure data accuracy across systems
Procurement & Vendor Management
- Coordinate equipment and software procurement
- Track vendor relationships, renewals, and invoices
- Support budget tracking for People Ops initiatives
Recruiting Coordination
- Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication
- Partner with hiring managers to deliver a strong candidate experience
- Track recruiting metrics and help improve hiring workflows
General People Operations
- Assist with benefits support, payroll inputs, and engagement programs
- Help plan internal events, offsites, and communications
- Identify opportunities to streamline and strengthen People Ops systems
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, Recruiting Coordination, or Administrative Operations
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Experience with HR tools such as Notion, Gusto, Deel, or Ashby
- Familiarity with HR compliance and employment regulations
- Proven ownership mindset and bias toward action
- Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion
Bonus Points
- Experience in healthcare or credentialing workflows
- Exposure to benefits administration, procurement, or payroll inputs
- Startup experience with broad operational responsibilities
