Schedule
Remote across the United States, excluding AK, CA, CO, CT, ME, MA, MN, NJ, NY, OR, WA, and Washington, DC.

What You’ll Do
Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with compassion and professionalism
Build trust with prospective clients, families, and referral partners while gathering key clinical and demographic information
Communicate financial policies, payment options, and available assistance programs
Maintain accurate client records in Salesforce, including consents and insurance details
Collaborate with internal teams to meet time-to-admission and client satisfaction targets
Ensure timely communication to move prospective clients into the program
Develop fluency in Charlie Health’s mission, services, and clinical model to confidently guide clients
Meet and exceed admissions KPIs, including admission rates, satisfaction scores, and time-to-admission metrics
What You Need
Bachelor’s degree
2+ years of sales experience; healthcare admissions is a plus
Strong track record of exceeding targets in sales or admissions roles
1+ year of Salesforce experience
Availability to work a shift-based schedule
High multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with HIPAA policies preferred
Experience supporting adolescents or young adults in mental health settings is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
