Schedule
- Part-time, minimum 20 hours per week
- Independent contractor (1099)
- Flexible hours Monday through Friday, between 8 AM–8 PM
- Optional Saturdays (9 AM–4 PM)
- Fully remote within the United States
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical oversight, biometric monitoring, and digital patient support through chat and in-app messaging
- Triage, respond to, and escalate member communications and clinical alerts within 24 business hours
- Conduct proactive and reactive chat engagement
- Collaborate with care coordinators, dietitians, nurses, physicians, and clinical support team members
- Document medical interactions and report adverse events as needed
- Monitor remote patient devices (scales, BG meters, BP cuffs, ketone meters, etc.) and escalate per protocol
Requirements
- Active RN license in good standing
- Availability of at least 20 hours per week
- Strong comfort with EHR documentation and digital communication tools
- Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse population
- Private home workspace and reliable high-speed internet
- Cannot hold full-time employment elsewhere
- Must reside in the United States
