Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy
- Build and manage strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms
- Plan and publish content tied to campaigns, events, and product launches
- Collaborate with Creative and Video teams on social-first assets
- Monitor engagement, respond to community interactions, and grow digital presence
- Track and report metrics tied to awareness, engagement, and pipeline
Brand Ambassador Program
- Build and manage Granum’s Brand Ambassador program
- Recruit, negotiate, and onboard influencers and industry voices
- Manage deliverables, incentives, exclusivity terms, and ROI
- Coordinate ambassador roles in events, webinars, podcasts, and launches
- Run engagement touchpoints including workshops, calls, and recognition
Collaboration
- Partner with Partner Programs Manager on ecosystem strategy
- Align ambassador presence with brand experience and events
- Support Demand Gen and Product Marketing with ambassador and social content
Success Metrics
- Social reach, engagement, and community growth
- Logos influenced through tracked ambassador campaigns
- On-time, on-brand deliverables
- Ambassador exclusivity percentage
- Social + ambassador contribution to pipeline
Requirements
- 4–6 years in social media, influencer, or community marketing roles (B2B or SaaS preferred)
- Demonstrated success growing and managing social channels
- Experience running influencer/ambassador programs with measurable ROI
- Strong instincts for digital storytelling and social-first content
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Analytical mindset connecting social performance to business impact
- Comfortable with regular travel
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada without sponsorship
