Schedule
• Full-time
• Fully remote
• Monday–Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm EST (1-hour lunch)
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
• Must reside in FL, GA, IL, IN, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, PA, SC, TX or WV
• Hard-wired high-speed internet required (no Wi-Fi)
What You’ll Do
• Answer inbound auto-dialer calls from potential clients
• Explain representation documents clearly and patiently
• Guide clients through electronic signature process (text & email)
• Document calls and system notes accurately to move to next dial
• Handle high-volume calls with professionalism and empathy
What You Need
• Fluent Spanish and English
• 2+ years sales or phone-based persuasion experience
• Strong phone presence with the ability to motivate client action
• Tech-savvy and able to guide non-tech-savvy users
• Ability to work independently and stay composed under pressure
• Reliable attendance and professional communication
