Schedule
- Full-time
- Remote (US only)
- Hours: 10am–6:30pm EST
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls, emails, chats, and faxes from healthcare providers
- Assist with authorizations, claims, eligibility checks, and portal navigation
- Research and resolve provider questions accurately and professionally
- Document all interactions clearly for compliance
- Support provider enrollment and credentialing status inquiries
- Troubleshoot provider portal access or functionality issues
- Maintain HIPAA and CMS compliance
Requirements
- 2 years of healthcare contact center or customer service experience
- Knowledge of Medicare/Medicare Advantage/Medicaid highly preferred
- Strong communication, documentation, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple systems
- Calm under pressure, solutions-oriented
