Support healthcare providers and care teams helping seniors receive quality care. Curana Health needs a driven support specialist to handle inbound inquiries from providers, assist with claims/authorization questions, and ensure smooth access and communication across senior-care programs.

Schedule

  • Full-time
  • Remote (US only)
  • Hours: 10am–6:30pm EST

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls, emails, chats, and faxes from healthcare providers
  • Assist with authorizations, claims, eligibility checks, and portal navigation
  • Research and resolve provider questions accurately and professionally
  • Document all interactions clearly for compliance
  • Support provider enrollment and credentialing status inquiries
  • Troubleshoot provider portal access or functionality issues
  • Maintain HIPAA and CMS compliance

Requirements

  • 2 years of healthcare contact center or customer service experience
  • Knowledge of Medicare/Medicare Advantage/Medicaid highly preferred
  • Strong communication, documentation, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple systems
  • Calm under pressure, solutions-oriented
