What You’ll Do
- Review and verify repair orders for manufacturer/state compliance
- Calculate labor rates and parts markups using structured rules
- Prepare and submit complete warranty reimbursement packages
- Track filing status and communicate updates to dealership contacts
- Respond to manufacturer and dealership inquiries
- Stay current on policy changes and contribute to process improvements
Requirements
- 1–2 years automotive fixed ops experience (warranty admin, service advisor, tech, or service manager ideal)
- Skilled with Microsoft Excel and documentation systems
- Understanding of warranty policy and compliance
- Strong organization and accuracy in a deadline-driven environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage workloads independently in a remote setting
Pay & Benefits
- Salary: $45,000 to $52,000 base
