With a national doula network and technology-driven care platform, they provide early engagement, risk assessment, and coordinated care from pregnancy through baby’s first year.

What You’ll Do
- Conduct outbound and inbound outreach to enroll clients in doula services
- Document referrals and updates in internal systems with accuracy and speed
- Match clients with doulas and ensure timely communication across stakeholders
- Confirm insurance eligibility via portals and automated systems
- Coordinate with health plans, case managers, and providers
- Track referral progress and meet enrollment KPIs
- Support clients with questions and guidance on doula services
- Participate in training and process updates
What You Need
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience working with healthcare referral systems
- Familiarity with Medicaid health plans
- Excellent documentation and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative remote setting
- Reliable internet and private workspace
