Schedule
- Full-time, remote
- Monday–Friday, 11:30am–8pm EST
- Weekend rotation required
- Residency required in: AZ, DE, FL, GA, KY, KS, MA, MD, MI, NJ, OH, PA, SC, ID, IL, NC, WV, or TX

What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound retention calls with urgency and empathy
- Understand customer needs to resolve concerns and prevent cancellations
- Negotiate plan adjustments, pricing, and service solutions
- Take ownership of customer issues and follow through to resolution
- Communicate clearly and professionally across phone and email
- Meet and exceed sales retention goals
- Document account details accurately and efficiently
- Deliver a positive, solution-focused experience for every caller
What You Need
- Proven sales and call center experience
- Strong communication and rapport-building skills
- Ability to influence decisions and retain accounts ethically
- Comfort working in a fast-paced remote environment
- Solid multitasking and time-management abilities
- Must pass background check and drug screen
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
