- Travel up to 25% for client meetings and industry events
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage pipeline across assigned sales territory
- Prospect, qualify, and close new SaaS business opportunities
- Expand relationships and revenue within existing accounts
- Lead consultative sales process, building business cases and ROI stories
- Collaborate with pre-sales engineers, implementation, and product teams
- Forecast accurately and report performance to leadership
- Maintain CRM records and track sales activity (Salesforce)
- Identify cross-sell opportunities and partner with internal sales teams
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
Requirements
Must have:
- 3–5 years direct SaaS or business solutions sales experience
- Proven history exceeding quotas and closing deals with executives
- Experience selling to small- to mid-size business owners and decision makers
- Track record building and managing a sales pipeline
- Strong consultative selling and discovery abilities
- Competitive, self-driven, and accountable work style
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Nice to have:
- Healthcare or HME industry experience
- Salesforce & Gong experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, tech, or related field

- Base salary range: $80,000 – $108,000
- Target commission: $76,000 annually (Sales Incentive Plan)
