Support healthcare software users, troubleshoot issues, and help resolve complex CGM-related system questions from home. This is a full-time role focused on servicing Brightree users in the durable medical equipment and home health space.

Schedule

  • Full-time, remote (U.S. only)
  • Monday–Friday
  • 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CT

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer questions about Brightree software and related services
  • Troubleshoot both technical and workflow-related issues
  • Diagnose setup, configuration, and product functionality problems
  • Provide solutions for CGM-related customer inquiries
  • Document cases accurately and follow support workflows
  • Escalate complex issues to senior support when needed
  • Stay current with product updates and new features
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality
  • Work independently while collaborating virtually with team members

Requirements

Must have:

  • Experience providing software support to external customers
  • Knowledge of Continuous Glucose Monitoring workflows
  • Experience with Brightree and SNAP software
  • Healthcare, HME, or home health experience preferred
  • Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills
  • Ability to resolve issues efficiently and meet response targets
  • Experience working remotely and managing priorities independently
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

Nice to have:

  • Salesforce experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, healthcare, tech, or related field (or equivalent experience)
