- Cross-team collaboration with billing, client relations, and operations
What You’ll Do
- Process payer enrollments, revalidations, and eligibility updates
- Support onboarding of new clients and manage credentialing timelines
- Investigate and resolve claim submission and ERA retrieval issues
- Build and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders
- Serve as primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Run reports and pull claim details in internal billing systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues
What You Need
- Knowledge of EMS billing or medical terminology preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Experience with Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and lockbox processes a plus
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Professional phone presence and problem-solving mindset
- High attention to detail and accuracy
