What You’ll Do
- Handle high-volume inbound calls from patients
- Provide empathetic support and clear billing information
- Follow HIPAA standards and call center protocols
- Research and resolve billing questions and issues
- Forward calls to appropriate departments when needed
- Follow up via phone, email, or fax as required
- Work efficiently to meet deadlines and call metrics
What You Need
- Solid computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Ability to type 40 WPM minimum
- Knowledge of insurance billing preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to ask questions
- Calm, professional phone presence under pressure
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
