What You’ll Do

  • Handle high-volume inbound calls from patients
  • Provide empathetic support and clear billing information
  • Follow HIPAA standards and call center protocols
  • Research and resolve billing questions and issues
  • Forward calls to appropriate departments when needed
  • Follow up via phone, email, or fax as required
  • Work efficiently to meet deadlines and call metrics

What You Need

  • Solid computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Ability to type 40 WPM minimum
  • Knowledge of insurance billing preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to ask questions
  • Calm, professional phone presence under pressure
  • Ability to multi-task and stay organized
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
