Help individuals secure the Social Security disability benefits they need. As a Remote Intake Agent, you’ll guide potential clients through the consultation and application process with clarity, care, and professionalism. You’ll be the first voice they hear, making a stressful situation feel manageable.


Schedule
Remote, Full-Time
Monday–Friday, 10:00am – 7:00pm ET
Eligible States: FL, GA, IL, IN, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, PA, SC, TX, WV


Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential clients
  • Walk applicants through consultation questions and application details
  • Enter information accurately while speaking with clients
  • Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate strong professionalism
  • Manage email and internal chat communications
  • Stay flexible with schedule needs based on business volume
  • Complete other support tasks as needed

Required Skills

  • Strong phone communication and active listening
  • Ability to type while talking; minimum 35 WPM
  • Organized, detail-focused, and dependable
  • Skilled at multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional, patient, and customer-focused demeanor
  • Comfortable reading scripts verbatim and using auto-dial systems
  • Proficient with computer systems; quick to learn new applications
  • Quiet, distraction-free workspace with wired high-speed internet (100/20 Mbps minimum)

Experience & Education

  • High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred
  • 2+ years phone-based customer service or call center experience
  • Scripted call experience strongly preferred
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
