Schedule
Full-time, Remote
Monday–Friday, 10:00am – 7:00pm ET
Must reside in FL, GA, IL, IN, MI, NC, NJ, NV, NY, PA, SC, TX, or WV
What You’ll Do
- Receive inbound and outbound calls for potential veteran disability clients
- Ask eligibility questions verbatim and document responses accurately
- Verify client information and support with document intake
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Handle administrative tasks and keep records updated
- Support team operations as needed
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED; associate degree preferred
- 2+ years phone-based customer service or call center experience
- Auto-dialer and script-based calling experience
- Typing speed: 35 WPM minimum
- Ability to speak clearly, type while talking, and multitask
- Strong computer and data-entry skills
- Quiet home workspace, desk setup, and wired high-speed internet (100/20 Mbps minimum)
- Dependable attendance and ability to work ET hours
