Schedule
Full-time, Remote
Monday–Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Must reside in FL, GA, IL, IN, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, PA, SC, TX, or WV
What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Gather and enter client information into internal systems
- Resolve customer questions or direct them to the correct specialist
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and account updates
- Handle complaints professionally and ensure proper follow-up
- Provide empathetic support with a service-first mindset
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED (Associate’s preferred)
- 2+ years of phone-based customer service or call center experience
- Ability to talk and type simultaneously
- Minimum 35 WPM typing speed
- Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills
- Quiet workspace and wired high-speed internet (100/20 Mbps minimum)
- Must pass a background check

- Auto-dialer experience
- Bilingual Spanish/English
