What You’ll Do
Leadership & Team Support
- Hire, train, and onboard non-clinical care support staff
- Lead weekly team meetings and oversee schedules, payroll, and attendance
- Monitor performance, conduct audits, and support staff development
- Collaborate with leadership on staffing, workflows, and program needs
Care Operations Support
- Oversee medical assistants rounding in communities and virtual admin support staff
- Ensure smooth execution of tasks like lab orders, refills, patient calls, and census tracking
- Support implementation and oversight of care management programs
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality
What You Need
- Associate degree in a healthcare-related field or certification
- 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role
- 2+ years experience in medical office, senior living, or similar healthcare setting
- Strong working knowledge of care coordination and EMR workflows
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with technology
- Reliable high-speed internet and ability to travel occasionally
