What You’ll Do
- Maintain accurate provider compensation data aligned with employment agreements
- Analyze and calculate productivity-based and other compensation models
- Partner with Payroll to ensure compliant, timely provider payments
- Communicate compensation processes and resolve provider questions
- Prepare reports and insights to support leadership decisions
- Identify and support process improvements for efficiency and transparency
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree required (finance, accounting, payroll, or compensation preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Advanced Excel and data tools proficiency
- Clear communicator with strong problem-solving ability
- Able to manage sensitive information and complex details
- Collaborative mindset and ability to adapt in a growing environment
