What You’ll Do
- Lead revenue cycle operations and performance improvement initiatives
- Oversee A/R days, cash posting, denials, and underpayment resolution
- Manage and develop global RCM teams and leaders
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and regulatory requirements
- Recruit, train, and coach high-performing staff
- Oversee departmental strategy and resource planning
- Communicate performance updates and organizational goals
- Foster cross-department collaboration and client satisfaction
What You Need
- Bachelor’s in Healthcare Admin, Business, or related field
- 10+ years in revenue cycle management with global team leadership
- Deep knowledge of RCM workflows, billing, coding, and compliance
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
- High-level analytical and problem-solving ability
- Proficiency with EPIC, Cerner, Thrive, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to drive strategic planning and operational execution
Preferred
- RCM-related certifications
Working Environment
- Remote office environment with moderate administrative demands
- Occasional travel
