Schedule
- Contractor position
- Remote (U.S. based)
- Work independently with cross-team collaboration
Responsibilities
- Process and validate referral data daily
- Maintain accurate records of providers, contacts, and referral pathways
- Create and update accounts in CRM and internal systems
- Coordinate with Partnerships, Outreach, and Admissions on routing and follow-ups
- Identify and fix data errors to ensure reporting accuracy
- Assist in refining referral workflows and process improvements
- Uphold confidentiality, compliance, and data-integrity standards
Requirements
- 1–2 years in operations, admin, or data entry (healthcare a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Organized, efficient, and able to manage high-volume tasks
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize, and meet deadlines
- Mission-driven interest in expanding access to mental health care
