Schedule
- Full-time, remote role
- Flexibility required to support crisis coverage, including after-hours when needed
- Hybrid expectation if located within 45 minutes of a Charlie Health office
What You’ll Do
- Lead and coach a team of crisis managers
- Oversee case distribution, workflow balance, and daily operations
- Audit crisis interactions and documentation for quality and compliance
- Handle escalations and complex cases directly
- Provide onboarding, training, and performance support to crisis staff
- Partner with leadership on scheduling and coverage planning
- Coordinate across clinical departments to support client care continuity
What You Need
- Master’s degree in a mental health field
- Active clinical license preferred (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent)
- 2+ years of crisis or behavioral health leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of crisis intervention and risk assessment best practices
- Skilled at coaching, feedback, and performance management
- Ability to manage fast-paced clinical environments and complex situations
- Tech-savvy with Google Suite, Zoom, Slack, EMR tools
