About Charlie Health
Charlie Health provides virtual intensive outpatient mental health treatment for teens and young adults. Their mission is to remove barriers to care and ensure young people receive personalized, connection-driven support. The team works at the forefront of behavioral healthcare, expanding access and improving outcomes nationwide.
Schedule
- Part-time W2 role
- Minimum 15 hours/week; may scale up to 28 hours/week
- Required availability:
- Mon–Thu 3-9 PM MT or 10-2 PM MT (split shifts preferred)
- Rotating Fri & Sat 9-3 PM MT
- Remote with reliable Wi-Fi
- Must maintain consistent availability
What You’ll Do
- Host one-on-one virtual check-ins to support client engagement
- Offer skills-based interventions during stressful moments
- Conduct safety screenings and escalate when needed
- Support clients throughout treatment and monitor participation
- Encourage consistency, commitment, and treatment follow-through
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree (or senior-year undergrad) in psychology, social work, or related field; OR relevant mental health peer certification
- Master’s students encouraged to apply
- Direct experience working with young people in mental-health-focused settings
- Experience with peer support, mental health mentorship, or crisis de-escalation
- Lived experience related to mental health or substance use recovery
- Strong empathy, communication, and emotional intelligence
- Proficiency with telehealth tools (Zoom, Slack, Google Drive, EMR, etc.)
- Authorized to work in the United States
