Schedule
- Full-time remote role
- Must commit to one set weekly shift:
• Mon–Fri, 10am–7pm MT
• Tues–Sat, 9am–6pm MT - Mandatory 2-week training (Mon–Fri)
Responsibilities
- Welcome new clients and walk families through financial and insurance steps
- Explain benefits, assist with financial enrollment, and answer billing questions
- Make outbound calls, emails, and texts to ensure treatment readiness
- Schedule and manage client appointments
- Coordinate with internal teams including Billing, Admissions, and Clinical Care
- Identify barriers early and support clients in staying engaged
- Process documentation accurately and on time
- Hit performance targets across call volume, enrollment completion, resolutions, and satisfaction scores
Requirements
- 2+ years in customer or patient support roles
- 1–2 years of experience handling financial or insurance conversations
- CRM use (Salesforce preferred)
- Call center or virtual client service experience
- Strong communication, emotional intelligence, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of HIPAA and comfort with healthcare settings
- Fast-paced multitasking ability and tech proficiency (Slack, G-Suite, Zoom)
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
