What You’ll Do
- Lead live virtual onboarding sessions for Admissions, Care Experience, and Clinical teams
- Build and refine e-learning modules, job aids, and onboarding materials
- Analyze feedback and performance data to improve training programs
- Partner with leaders and subject matter experts to update content and workflows
- Maintain training documentation and knowledge hubs
- Support ongoing development initiatives and identify skill gaps
- Act as a Salesforce super-user and onboarding resource
- Strengthen cross-functional alignment to support growth and mission impact
What You Need
- 2+ years in L&D, training, enablement, or similar role
- Experience designing and delivering virtual learning content
- Strong facilitation skills with diverse learner groups
- Salesforce, Zoom, and Google Workspace proficiency (LMS experience preferred)
- Excellent organization, communication, and project-management skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Education, Org Dev, Communications, etc.)
- Mission-driven mindset and ability to work in a fast-moving environment
