Schedule
- Fully remote, U.S.-based only
- Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm MST
- Shift-based leadership role
What You’ll Do
- Lead a team of 10+ Admissions Coordinators handling high-volume calls
- Hire, train, coach, and conduct performance reviews
- Oversee schedules, workflow, and call-center service levels
- Ensure timely, compassionate communication with prospective clients and families
- Guide coordinators through admissions challenges and concerns
- Track and achieve KPIs (admission rates, time-to-admission, satisfaction scores)
- Maintain accurate Salesforce records and documentation
- Develop best practices and partner with leadership on performance insights
What You Need
- 3+ years leading or mentoring admissions or sales teams
- 3+ years sales experience in healthcare admissions
- 1+ year Salesforce (or similar CRM) experience
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment
- Strong communication, coaching, and escalation-resolution skills
- Experience supporting adolescent/young adult populations a plus
- Familiarity with HIPAA a plus
