What You’ll Do
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls
- Build trust with prospective clients and families in Spanish and English
- Collect client details, clinical history, and insurance information
- Clearly explain treatment model, payment options, and financial assistance
- Enter and maintain accurate records in Salesforce
- Coordinate across internal teams to move clients into care quickly
- Meet and exceed KPIs (admissions, speed-to-admission, satisfaction scores)
What You Need
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years sales or admissions experience (healthcare preferred)
- Track record of hitting or exceeding performance goals
- 1+ year experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, KPI-driven environment
- Mental health or adolescent-focused experience a plus
- Familiarity with HIPAA is helpful
