What You’ll Do
- Respond to calls, chats, and emails from financial professionals using the eMoney platform
- Troubleshoot technical issues and guide users on planning tools and scenarios
- Document interactions, meet service targets, and escalate complex issues when needed
What You Need
- 2+ years in customer support or call-center environments
- Strong technical aptitude; experience with web apps & CRM tools
- Background or interest in financial planning (financial designations a plus)
