What You’ll Do
• Walk Pros through QuickBooks setup and integration
• Troubleshoot sync + mapping issues between systems
• Coach best practices for QB Desktop + Online workflows
• Validate data, identify issues, and build action plans
• Document solutions and improve self-serve support resources
• Share trends and feedback to fuel product improvements
• Look for ways to streamline processes and elevate the user experience


What You Need
• 1–3+ years in onboarding, customer success, data ops, or technical support
• Hands-on professional QuickBooks experience (Online or Desktop)
• Strong grasp of accounting basics + reconciliation
• Great communicator who can translate technical steps clearly
• Comfortable analyzing data and solving thorny sync problems
