What You’ll Do
• Lead onboarding and activation for new enterprise accounts
• Train customers, answer questions, and drive product adoption
• Build relationships and ensure long-term customer success
• Analyze customer workflows and recommend best practices
• Surface feedback and trends to improve tools and experience
• Troubleshoot product issues and collaborate cross-functionally
What You Need
• 1–3+ years in customer success, implementation, or sales
• Experience supporting SMBs or service-based businesses preferred
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast pace
