• Cross-functional collaboration with Brand, CX, Legal, and Product teams
• Fast-moving startup environment
What You’ll Do
• Respond to reviews and public comments across Trustpilot, BBB, and social platforms
• Build and manage social response playbooks and templates
• Monitor brand mentions and flag emerging trends
• Partner with internal teams to manage escalations thoughtfully and compliantly
• Report on sentiment, response times, and customer insights
• Support light social content and appreciation programs
What You Need
• 3–5 years in social media, community management, or customer experience
• Strong writing — especially in sensitive, complex, or emotional scenarios
• Experience managing brand public reputation (Trustpilot, BBB, Reddit, etc.)
• Excellent judgment with a balance of transparency, tact, and compliance
• Highly organized; able to manage multiple platforms + priorities simultaneously
